This necklace pays homage to snail mail which is still a treasure to receive today! Dee takes a flat sheet of silver and transforms it into a working envelope with a secret message inside. The envelope features one of the tiny silver snails Dee created from wax carving and moulds taken from miniscule snail shells from her back garden (no snails were hurt in the making of this collection).
