Refund policy

I truly hope that you love every piece that you purchase. But I do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. I request that this be done mindfully, as returns have a huge impact on small businesses.

Should there be an issue with breakages or faults that are not due to improper use or care, please contact me at dee@quirkybutfierce.com for a solution. Otherwise, please see our returns policy below. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact me at dee@quirkybutfierce.com. You will be responsible for the cost of postage for returning the item, which is non-refundable. I recommend a tracked method as you are responsible for the package until it is received by Quirky but Fierce. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Commissioned jewellery is not covered by the refund, although I will make every effort to ensure you are happy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the return postage which is non-refundable. There will also be no refund for any taxes or customs paid, where applicable.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
