 RASPBERRY VICTORIA

Delicate vanilla sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and homemade, tart, seeded raspberry jam.

 WHITE & BLACK

Dark chocolate stout cake with vanilla bean buttercream.

 CHOCOLATE OVERLOARD

Dark chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. Upgrade to chocolate ganache for an extra decadent slice and .25 more per serve.

 SALTED CARAMEL

Caramel sponge with salted caramel buttercream.

 GO BANANAS

Moist, spiced banana sponge filled with cinnamon buttercream. Exchange cinnamon buttercream for vanilla bean or chocolate at no additional cost.

 CHAI LATTE

Fragrant sponge flavoured with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and other warm spices paired with malted milk buttercream.

 RED VELVET

A classic American flavour made with the tang of buttermilk and just a touch of Dutch-processed cocoa. Paired with our tangy CC buttercream (our temperature stable buttercream as an alternative to real cream cheese frosting which must be kept refrigerated).

 JAFFA

Our dark chocolate stout cake filled vanilla buttercream and homemade orange jelly.

 CARROT

Very moist and boasting warm cinnamon and ginger spices. Filled with our tangy CC buttercream (our temperature stable buttercream as an alternative to real cream cheese frosting which must be kept refrigerated).

 


 

DELUXE

An additional .25 charge for these flavours per serve. 

 NOCCIOLA COCOA

Hazelnut sponge with hazelnut and chocolate buttercream.

 LEMON MERINGUE

Vanilla sponge filled with tart lemon gel (an  egg-free version of lemon curd that allows it to be left at room temperature without risk) and baked meringue shards.

 COCONUT CREAM

Fragrant coconut sponge filled with toasted coconut  buttercream.

 STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING

Date cake filled with toffee sauce and toffee buttercream. Ooey gooey delicious!

 PISTACHIO ROSE

Pistachio and cardamom sponge filled with rose water buttercream.

 LEMON RASPBERRY

Tart lemon sponge filled with white chocolate ganache and tart raspberry jam.


  

Boozey

An additional .50 charge for these flavours, per serve.

 BLACK FOREST

Dark chocolate cake soaked in cherry liqueur, filled with cherries soaked in cherry liqueur, and our with our tangy CC buttercream (our temperature stable buttercream as an alternative to real cream cheese frosting which must be kept refrigerated). *Contains Alcohol*

 IRISH COFFEE

Coffee-flavoured cake soaked with whisky simple syrup and filled with Bailey’s buttercream. *Contains alcohol*

 TRADITIONAL FRUIT CAKE

Spicy, whisky soaked  fruit cake covered in marzipan and sugarpaste *Contains alcohol*



 


 

SPECIAL FROSTINGS

These frostings have no butter and have unique textures and flavors. 

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Fluffy, not too-sweet, frosting with the tang of cream cheese. Classically paired with red velvet and carrot cake. This frosting must be kept refrigerated. We have a secret faux cream cheese frosting recipe for any cakes that will sit out more than a couple of hours at room temperature.

MARSHMALLOW (Italian Meringue)

A very, light fluffy cream reminiscent of marshamallow fluff. 

WHIPPED CREAM

Lightly sweetened and flavored with vanilla, cream is excellent for simple outer covering of a cake or simple topping. Not suitable as a filling for large or tiered cakes. Must be kept refrigerated.

CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Made from chocolate and heavy cream, this decadent delight can be made in dark, milk, or white chocolate and can be used as a filling or cake covering.
